- Clutter: Hide trash cans, hoses, and yard tools.
- Landscaping: Freshly mow lawn and sweep porches/patios.
- Pool: Remove covers, vacuums, and floating toys.

Interior Focus
- Counters: Clear of all clutter. Store soaps, sponges, and paper towels.
- Fridge: Remove all magnets, photos, and items from the front/sides.
- Sinks: Ensure sinks are empty and chrome is wiped dry.
- Details: Remove floor mats and hide garbage cans.
Living
Common Areas
- Windows: Open all blinds and straighten curtains.
- Electronics: Turn off all TVs. Hide remotes and visible wires.
- Personal: Hide shoes, jackets, and mail.
- Pets: Secure pets in the garage or a crate. Hide pet beds and bowls.
Baths
Clean Details
- Toilet: Lids MUST be down.
- Vanities: Clear of all toiletries, toothbrushes, and razors.
